Lily Layering Dress

A cute and easy dress to sew with a gathered, raised-waist skirt and contrasting bodice with spaghetti straps.  Perfect for a summer sundress or layering over a teeshirt.  Stitch it up in wool or corduroy and wear over a  turtleneck in the fall and winter.  The pattern features my See-as-You-Sew gathering technique.  Its such an easy way to attach a gathered skirt  - you'll love it!  This pattern is for the confident beginner
