On Demand Hand Sewn 18-Inch Doll Clothing Video - Halter Dress

A cute, easy and oh-so-fashionable halter dress for 18-ich dolls.  Supplies needed are just a needle, thread, a fat quarter of fabric, 6" of elastic and 12 inches of ribbon.  If you have some embroidery floss, you can add some additional flair!  This project can be stitched by ages 8 and up.
