Drawstring Dress and Carryall

This pattern includes pattern pieces and instructions for the Drawstring Halter Dress and for a Shoulder Tote Bag.  The Drawstring dress has a clever design with a tiny bit of elastic at the back tor a nice fit.  The tote bag stitches up quickly from a small scrap of fabric and ribbon. The bag can be lined if desired.  Skill Level: confident beginner.
