Ellen Lumpkin Brown is a sewing educator who will guide your patrons through a process of creating with the original power tool, the sewing machine.

With expert knowledge and a warm, effortless style, Ellen shows how to build a project from start to finish.  All, in a step-by-step fashion. Patrons leave the workshop with a unique, sturdy project and new skills.

Ellen brinsewing machine tablegs everything needed to complete a project in a 2-hour workshop. Everything!  Sewing machines, scissors, thread, nametags, powerstrips, fabric...everything! Workshops can accommodate up to 8 patrons, or if the library or museum can provide a volunteer assistant (no sewing knowledge needed), the workshop can be increased to 12 patrons.

It's sadults sewinguper easy to make a booking for your workshop.  Simply fill in the form below  with your desired dates and number of students.  You will receive an email response within 24 hours.  A Pop Up Sewing Workshop can be set up in a community room or in the library itself!  All that's needed is space, tables, chairs and electricity!
